After that glorious sunshiny weekend, the rains have returned, recharging watersheds that need it.
Light morning showers will turn to a steadier rain throughout the day, and there will be a proper breeze out of the south. Temps are cooling off, too, with a high of 60s. And the highest Cascade peaks might even get a dusting of snow.
