Currently in Seattle — July 26, 2024: Sunny, but watch the AQI

The weather, currently.

Seattle, we’re in for a pleasant weekend. Friday and Saturday will be mostly sunny, with a bit of cloud cover. Sunday will cloud up and cool off to 73.

The only meh news is that we might see the air quality begin to creep up into the moderately hazardous range on Saturday and Sunday. If you’re in the sensitive group, be sure to spot check the AQI before heading outside.

Things from the mountains to the coast look good this weekend (though more complicated by smoke and fires). The dry, sunny weather should hold, but some showers are predicted for Monday, and that system could come together early. As always, go prepared.
