Currently in Seattle — July 16, 2024: Marine layer morning for the win

The weather, currently.

It’s looking likely that we’ll get another glorious marine layer on Tuesday morning. If you can smell the tang of sea air pouring into your windows in the early hours, your morning commute should have a cool bite to it.

It will gradually burn off a little faster than it did on Monday, though the high of 85 won’t materialize until about 5 p.m.

In the evening, expect a few clouds and a low of 63.
